This is a small update that adds support for parties, new tutorials, and fixes a few bugs and issues.
===CHANGES===
- Added support for parties. Use /party and share loot, EXP, and other stuff today!
- Added tutorial pages for parties and guilds into /help.
- Monsters with magical abilities will now only cast if players are within their line-of-sight.
- Tweaked some audio volumes on numerous items and monsters.
- Fixed Unceasing Rampage not activating effects correctly.
