This is a small bugfix/balance update for The Eternal Path.

- Added Vote Crate in spawn with new drops.
- Immortal Guardians will now drop more currency.
- High Guardian Venrok and Blood Reaper Brutus will now drop Legendary items.
- Fixed some item descriptions.
- Fixed Janitor having bad grammar.
- Fixed flasks not appearing in Dungeon chests.
- Fixed drop chances for certain Legendary items.
