This is a minor update that preloads some content for 2.0 and adds a few new features.

This is a minor update that preloads some content for 2.0 and adds a few new features.
===CHANGES===
- Added new tutorial/guide. Players will no longer receive a physical guide book upon joining, and will instead get a tome that runs the /help command.
- Added the Sky Captain NPC to the airship at spawn that shows the new dialogue system. He will take players to far off locations when 2.0 comes out.
- Completely reworked /help menu to be more complete and concise using a brand new virtual book menu.
- Fixed /website displaying the wrong address.
- Fixed voting somewhat. Mystery Boxes will remain disabled until a rework after the 2.0 update. But voting will now properly give you 10,000 Sigmas.
