This is a small update that changes a few minor aspects of the server and fixes some of the new items.

This is a small update that changes a few minor aspects of the server and fixes some of the new items.
===BALANCE CHANGES===
- Izenryl's Thoughts | Now has Protection XX (instead of Projectile Protection XX).
- Altered numerous NPC dialogues to avoid lines going offscreen.
- Renamed Iezryl to Izenryl.
- Fixed some effect durations on new items.
- Fixed The World Eater having no damage cooldown (which allowed upwards of 250x its intended damage. Yikes.)
- Fixed Toxin damage on Singularity Herald not proccing as intended.
