UPDATE 5.1.0
This is the second part of the major 5.X update cycle, the part where everything that's broken should be fixed and everything that's missing should be implemented. It's essentially the flesh to the skeleton that was 5.0.0.
NEW CONTENT
All boss uniques now have their own separate GUIs to allow players to select the boss specific unique they want instead of praying for a specific random drop every single time. Because of this, Ascended items that were previously obtained exclusively as ultra rare boss drops can now be acquired by using Divine Fragments and the soul of the slain boss.
In addition, scrapping these unidentified boss uniques will net you runes, with the amounts listed below:
SOUL OF THE WORLD
A new raid, loosely based on the Seal of Creation from the Atlas, has been added to the Omniplex. The boss spawns immortal enemies and you must damage them to inflict damage on the boss, which should require a different set of strategies than the usual damage stacking builds that dominate over the Omniplex. BALANCE CHANGES
Rune Rats have had their rune amounts given greatly increased.
The Junk Seller's shop has been updated and buffed.
We have received many complaints that the early parts of Aryntius are now too easy after the reworks, so we have dialed back the nerfs a bit. The majority of enemies pre-Trials have seen a ~30% damage increase. In addition, the following enemies have had some HP/resistance changes:

OTHER CHANGES
The Divine Blacksmith (Labyrinth) now sells unidentified items at the following prices:
Uniques no longer require 500 runes to force a transmutation.
Uniques now require 5x Star Fragments to force a transmutation.
Items that gave Instant Health/Harming will now be labeled as such, for example Charm of Infinite Value will now say "Gain Instant Health I" instead of "Gain 2.0 health". This change should make it more clear which charm effects are stackable.
Raid Bosses with significant loot explosions now spawn a SAFE PERIOD upon defeat which lasts 60s during which no duplicates can spawn, allowing players to safely loot items on the ground. This was already implemented for some bosses such as the Gourd Lord, but now has a new fancy display indicator using the boss bar.
Bosses affected include:
Greatly improved Annihilator's visual and audio effects.
Added a Jump Pad to the Omniplex.
The Hunter's Covenant has left Selthine and will return in a future update.

BALANCE CHANGES
- Radiant items will now drop starting Atlas I instead of in the Trials.
- Divine Fragments can now drop from enemies in the Rifts and Omniplex at a rate of 0.1% for normal enemies and 0.2% for minibosses.
- Eternal items now drop twice as often from minibosses in the Omniplex.
- Nova Fragment droprate increased to 100% (from 20%).
- N'azhrak can no longer drop Iridescent items.
- N'azhrak and the Fallen Hero can now drop Runic items at a much higher rate.

We have received many complaints that the early parts of Aryntius are now too easy after the reworks, so we have dialed back the nerfs a bit. The majority of enemies pre-Trials have seen a ~30% damage increase. In addition, the following enemies have had some HP/resistance changes:
Cave Dweller (Paleon) max HP increased to 50 (from 10).
Undead Miner (Paleon) max HP increased to 25 (from 10).
Possessed Cart (Paleon) max HP increased to 10 (from 5).

The Divine Blacksmith (Labyrinth) now sells unidentified items at the following prices:
1x Mundane Item - 500 Sigmas

Uniques no longer require 500 runes to force a transmutation.
Uniques now require 5x Star Fragments to force a transmutation.
Items that gave Instant Health/Harming will now be labeled as such, for example Charm of Infinite Value will now say "Gain Instant Health I" instead of "Gain 2.0 health". This change should make it more clear which charm effects are stackable.
Raid Bosses with significant loot explosions now spawn a SAFE PERIOD upon defeat which lasts 60s during which no duplicates can spawn, allowing players to safely loot items on the ground. This was already implemented for some bosses such as the Gourd Lord, but now has a new fancy display indicator using the boss bar.

Greatly improved Annihilator's visual and audio effects.
